1. Acceptance

Accessing or using BetFTW (the "Service") means you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time - continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. What BetFTW is (and isn't)

BetFTW publishes educational and informational sports predictions based on event probabilities, bookmaker odds and a Kelly-style value calculation. It is not:

  • A sportsbook. We don't accept bets, hold funds, or pay winnings.
  • Financial advice, investment guidance, or a guaranteed profit scheme.
  • An affiliate or referral program. We don't earn commission for steering picks toward any operator.

Any decision to bet money based on content from this site is yours alone. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most countries, 21+ in some). It's your responsibility to comply with local laws - sports betting is legal in some regions and restricted or prohibited in others. We are not responsible for verifying your eligibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish the Service's predictions or data without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract the underlying selection logic.
  • Interfere with the Service's normal operation (e.g. excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attempts).
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in any way that could harm the Service, its users, or third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All content on BetFTW - predictions, copy, design, code, branding - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Reasonable personal use (reading, sharing a link, quoting a single tip) is welcome. Bulk reproduction, scraping, or commercial reuse requires written permission.

Team names, league names, and event names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that:

  • Predictions will be profitable, accurate, or even correct.
  • The site will be available, error-free, or virus-free at any given time.
  • Odds shown are still available at the bookmaker - they fluctuate constantly.
  • Match data, scores, or competition structure are without errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetFTW and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service - including, without limitation, financial losses from placed bets, missed bets, or relied-upon predictions.

Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Changes to the Service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice. We may also update these terms; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Substantive changes may be flagged on the homepage for a short period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
